Book - Women in Genealogy

Women are hard to track in genealogy, I've had this trouble extremely often, and it bothers me greatly. There are numerous reasons: maiden names, no military records, no social security data, and a general disrespect by government and society that kept them from being recorded in immigration data, etc.
